Does Trinity CFO Solution provide tax service?

While Trinity CFO Solution can and will provide accurate & easy to read reports for your tax preparer of choice, we are not Enrolled Agents with the IRS. Therefore, we are not available to prepare your taxes. We know our strengths and choose to focus on helping you throughout the year. This makes us able to stay on top of keeping your business books beautiful throughout the year and not falling behind due to a crunch to get taxes prepared for your business and others.

Will Trinity CFO Solution work with ANY accounting software?

At Trinity CFO Solution, we choose to stay on top of all updates coming into our accounting software, therefore, we choose to only work with Intuit accounting software. That is QuickBooks, both online and desktop (remotely) are accepted here. We may also keep very small accounts updated in spreadsheets, as an alternative but we do not work in all accounting software platforms. Working in another platform? Let’s discuss options to either migrate you or find another mutually agreeable option!

Does Trinity CFO report payroll to my worker comp insurance or do certified payroll?

YES! We work with several contractors, of many sizes and are able to take care of all your payroll reporting, we can also help complete a worker comp insurance audit when they come up.

Do you work with other businesses?

We love all small & medium sized businesses but we also realize we can’t be a master of everything. We accept that we have a lane to stay in, so while we are not exclusive to working with contractors and the trades, there are some industries we just don’t have the capacity for. The few we don’t choose to take as clients would be manufacturing, restaurants and most retail businesses. If you have one of these business types, we MAY have a referral for you though! You are still welcome to reach out for help finding someone.

We have meetings via Zoom, where I am able to share my computer screen to talk over the spreadsheets that are created specifically for your business, using YOUR business financials.
